How often do you weight yourself?

I weigh every monday.0

I weigh everyday, even up to 3 times a day. I know I'm losing weight no matter what so it's cool to see what kind of things make me bloat or retain water and add on some pounds during the day.1

Same, I weigh myself throughout the day. I only track my morning weight. Weighing myself keeps me focused on my goal. If I am tempted to go over my calories, I go weigh myself to remind myself where I want to go.
I know the scale weight can vary for many reasons, but I feel like if I only weighed myself once a week, and I happened to weigh on a high day, I would get discouraged. Or if I weighed myself and the scale showed I was up I would tell myself I was weighing on a high day when actually I might be gaining weight.
I think seeing the ups and downs gives me a better picture of the trend.0
