A1C was 7.6 at my doctor appointment on April 13. Started MFP on June 10. Have lost 14 pounds. A1C was 6.5 at my doctor appointment on July 21. I guess I'll keep going...

That's great! My A1C was 6.4 when I was at the Dr. last. They have me on metformin as I guess I'm pre-diabetic now. That's why I'm trying to get healthy. Keep going!!!!2

Mine stayed at 6.2 for six months. Did not budge. Six months after that it dropped to 5.5. Don't give up - it can take awhile.2

Mine was 11.8! I have been taking my metformin, eating right and checking my sugar every day. I hope it goes down significantly at my next check in August.2
