Looking for friends to help get my butt in gear!

Hey guys,
I'm 24, standing at 4'10", and averaging 135lbs. I know I'm terrible at staying on track, so I could really use some friends that are like minded. I'm happy to hold accountable anyone, and hope others can do the same for me. Because, frankly, I'm terrible at this. My goal is 115lbs, and it feels so impossible to me.     Oh no, not impossible! So doable! Make small weekly goals, heck, make a mid-week goal! Pound at a time :)

    A dietician told me to just "tweak a couple of habits", ie if you eat out 3x a week, try 2x. If you have drinks on the weekend, cut a couple short, if you order large take away meals, try a medium instead. And I've also noticed, the more active I am, the less I want to mindless eat... add me if ya like!
