I follow Team Body Project on youtube. They have a few workouts on there as they mainly post workouts to their own website at a small charge for membership, they are a UK based group and their workouts are easy to follow and moves are always explained well. I love fitness blender too, im a bit unfit at the moment so doing a beginners program through Body Project to get my fitness up over 6 weeks first before I try anything harder0
