I am new here. I noticed many have monthly goals. I have a lot going on in my life so I am working on 5-day goals. I started yesterday and I am 1 for 3. Ugh.
Track food everyday, good or bad
Do Pilates, walk or use my rowing machine everyday
Read a Psalm and journal every night.

I have day-to-day goals, hey, maybe I should call them meal-by-meal goals. At any rate, they are short, and as sweet as possible.
Plan meals I intend to eat, buy and prepare the food I planned, eat according to plan. Shop "guerrilla" style, cook "mise en place" style, and eat in a relaxed athmosphere and mindset; savour the meal and stop to feel grateful.
Three meals a day, waiting out breakfast a bit, and eating dinner a bit early, reduces preoccupation with food and frees up time and mental energy for other things.
Be active every day. I hate planned exercise, so I just walk, dance or mess around.
Get up and go to bed at reasonable hours.
Weigh myself every morning. The trend will determine whether I have to cut down on treats or can allow more treats. (Meals stay the same.)
Drink water regularly through the day. I always start with two cups, and stop two hours before bed (to avoid waking up in the middle of the night).
Be kind to myself. Pay attention to moods, take care of my needs, but don't let emotions overwhelm me.
