Oh man, the last time I was there I saw someone wearing a cowboy hat. It was wild!

Doesn't almost everyone who lives in Texas live in east Texas? Where's the cutoff line for "east"?

My brother & I own a farm in East Texas, he lives on the farm where we grew up, but I live in Fort Worth now. I only get to go out there a few times a year.

It can get confusing, but the yellow zone is what is officially/unofficially East Texas.

Interesting, so neither Dallas nor Houston are in east Texas.

Don't hold it against me; I was raised in Southern Illinois, which is basically all of Illinois south of Chicago and Rockford.

can confirm. the west should really be its own state though tbh, due to the simultaneous beauty and horror. also if you're from Austin, go back to california pls.

Oh yes, I've heard stories about Austin. To say more would probably violate MFP's policies. But I've heard.
