You can do this. Set a range that works for you. Add calories back slowly. Let your body adjust. Weigh daily. If you have a high calorie day, balance it with a lower day looking at your calories for a week. If you hit the top of your range, lower your calories until you are back in the middle or where you want to be.

    Welcome to the group!

I agree with everything pp said. Also, I adjust my maintenance range seasonally-my pattern is to gain a few pounds during the hectic fall/winter months (homeschooling mama here!), and then spring/summer is when I lose a few because I have more time to focus. So my summer range is 125lbs-130lbs and then winter I allow myself to get up into the 130s (I started up in the 170s). Don't be afraid to experiment and see what works best for you!

You have to keep tracking until what to eat and how much becomes second nature. I am in the same boat. I can't do it on my own. I need all the support I can get. Feel free to add me as a friend.
