You can do this. Set a range that works for you. Add calories back slowly. Let your body adjust. Weigh daily. If you have a high calorie day, balance it with a lower day looking at your calories for a week. If you hit the top of your range, lower your calories until you are back in the middle or where you want to be.1

I agree with everything pp said. Also, I adjust my maintenance range seasonally-my pattern is to gain a few pounds during the hectic fall/winter months (homeschooling mama here!), and then spring/summer is when I lose a few because I have more time to focus. So my summer range is 125lbs-130lbs and then winter I allow myself to get up into the 130s (I started up in the 170s). Don't be afraid to experiment and see what works best for you!1 -
You have to keep tracking until what to eat and how much becomes second nature. I am in the same boat. I can't do it on my own. I need all the support I can get. Feel free to add me as a friend.1
