Hey fellow self-improvers! I'm starting out my journey today for the third time, and am looking to meet some supportive, inspiring, and honest folks! Little about me - I've got a LONG way to go, probably more numbers to lose than keep. I've very unfortunately got to start my workouts slowly since as of late my knees and ankles have started being the worst. I love swimming, love sarcasm, and love eating. So hopefully somewhere in all of this chaos I can find the right support system so we can all accomplish our goals. :)

    You've got this! I definitely found way more success when I started logging calories as opposed to lowering my carb intake. I still reaalllly struggle with exercise, though.
