Hi Everyone

I'm Lesley. I've been around diets on and off for most of my 56 years of life which have worked 'on and off' too. Have decided to forget dieting in the conventional sense and apply a 2 day a week fast instead as per the 5:2 'Diet' which you most likely have heard of by now. Started 4 weeks ago and have lost 7lb without much discomfort. Would like to buddy up with someone preferably with a sense of humour who can have a laugh about the whole thing! Want to run the London Marathon when I'm 60 - mad or what!!
