August Ultimate Accountability Challenge (UAC)

Every month, the UAC, encourages team members to track all of the intake calories; consume less than their chosen calorie limit; and exercise daily for at least 20 minutes of intentional activity.
That means the UAC is an accountability group for both those who want to lose weight and those who want to maintain the weight they have lost.
It's a great group of people and of course, the membership varies from month to month. If you are looking for accountability friends, the UAC is a great choice.
Daily sign ins are strongly encouraged and 3 Pass days are allowed per month. Those who succeed are victoriously congratulated by announcing them as members of our Winner's Circle!

Not solely focused on weight loss (though I have attained my goal weight in 3 months on this challenge by losing over 30 lbs and am now looking to maintain).

Think you can keep consistent for a month?

This is probably the best (and most underrated) challenges on MFP.
It's also one of the toughest (it seems simple till you try).
UAC challengers that complete the challenge consistently meet (or exceed) weight goals.
