Hello everyone! Hope you are all well! Im writing this because i need a little bit of help. Its been a week and a half where my body has maintained its weight and has stopped loosing at a constant speed. I have been exercising to about 850-900 calories a day for that time and i have been getting a minimum deficit of 900-1000 calories a day and cant seem to make the scale go down. Any tips?

Also i think i still dont fully understand the caloric goal and the deficit i need to be actively burning!

Weight loss is not linear, so your body shouldn't be losing weight at a constant speed. A plateau is when you go 4 to 6 weeks without losing weight. If you're exercising every day and it's new to you, you're most likely retaining water. In time, you will see losses again.

a week and a half does not equal being "stuck"...fat loss is a looong process, not something that happens in 10 days.

I know its not something that happens constant or daily it just had been constant till a week and a half ago and i was saying if i may need to change something im doing that was causing that. If its something that can happen and it can be for even a month then i guess everything will solve itself as long as i maintain my new habits

How are you estimating your sport burns, and how are you measuring your food?

Yirara i measure my workouts through my fitbit and samsung health application and contrasting some of the exercises to the average calorie burn of the same. And food although mostly through eyeballing and the barcode reader i also use a scale and trying to use it more constantly
