I subscribe to graze. They have allegedly healthy snacks. They do say how many calories but they don't seem all that healthy some of them that I like the best or a little bit sugary. But at least I'm getting the portion control and snacks that I like and being somewhat healthy. Also Halo top ice cream LOL

My daytime meals are mostly just a series of 200-300 cal snacks.

    - Plain yogurt, fruit of any kind, and almonds or peanut butter mixed in

    - Veggies (red pepper, broccoli, carrots) and hummus or guacamole

    - Fruit of any kind, and nuts or cheese

    - Herring or sardines, and Wasa or Triscuit crackers

    - Hard-boiled eggs

    - Whole-wheat toast with peanut butter and banana slices

It occurs to me now that maybe you mean packaged snacks, since you mentioned Costco. The guac and hummus above are individual tubs from Costco. The only other packaged snacks I get usually are bars like Kind, Clif, or Larabars. But I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I have them only rarely. I get the nuts, peanut butter, and eggs there as well.
