New to the Group

Hello everyone! I'm just getting started here. My goal is 50 lbs. I have a pretty active job with lots of walking and lift so I stay active. I feel like I have a pretty good grip on the rite way to eat but I am wondering what everyone is doing for their work outs. I am a mother of 7 kids with a full time job so needless to say I have no time to for myself. So any tips on how to manage time to get a work out in and what everyone is doing for their work outs would be very help full!
