Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker)

Any one here use the Instant Pot, or other electric, or stove top, pressure cooker, and have recipes they'd like to share?

I love my Instant Pot. I've found a ton of recipes on Pinterest. I use it a lot for Indian-style curries, bean dishes, and rice, but you can cook all sorts of things in it.

I use mine all the time. Mostly for beans and bean based soup and making grains. I'm in love with mine!

It is my solemn opinion that if every household had a slow cooker, it would result in world peace.

Edit: Oh, you asked for pressure cooking. My bad! This was still good and could be made with an Instant Pot.

Slow cooking=tender deliciousness.

Pinterest is great to find things if you have a meat or other ingredient in mind. I made this last week again:
