Ribeye steak calories

I just fought a ribeye steak from the co op. The weight is 209g. When I search the database there are so many different ones Inputed and I have no idea what to go with. If I scan the barcode it tells me it is a Sainsbury's steak which is a bit weird. What should I go with?

When I am in doubt, I search this database and pick the entry that matches it (if there isn't one, I'll then create my own).

Ribeye was one I had to use the usda database for too.

I use the same website as @janejellyroll. Just make sure you are using the correct entry (raw or cooked).

A fattier cut of red meat should have something like 70-80 calories per ounce (raw weight).

Thanks but I'm not quite sure how to use it. In myfitnesspal it comes up as around 645 calories. Is that right? It seems like a lot for 209g of steak

Probably close if you ate all of the fat as well...

Unfortunately I find steak is very high especially the fattier ones . I think you could easily eat 645 for a steak. Trim the fat and enjoy and just don't choose it everyday

I used this entry of the website you were given because it was the only one that didn't seem to require you to trim off all the fat (as if such a thing was really even possible).
