    100 days is a solid chunk of time to be on a diet.

    Yeah. It has me on 3,030 calories a day to gain .5lbs of muscle a week. I'm 10lbs heavier than when I started.

    Lol I've had this app for awhile too and never saw this was here. I'm on the same calorie plan. I've put on 15 pounds since I started tracking my meals and working out better.
