I weighed myself in the hallway today just because of where I was though i usually weigh myself in the bathroom but in the hall it gave me a higher reading than it should've so I went in the bathroom to check again and it gave me an average reading so what do I do about that and which one do I trust?

Hard floors tend to read lighter with mine than on carpet. But i make sure i do it in the same place for consistency, I don't care what my real actual scientific weight is.

The actual number doesn't matter....the trend is what matters.

This. Pick one and stick to it. No one can 100% tell you which is more accurate. Just stick to the one you choose.

Tile floors can also cause this. Do you have hand weights such as 3lb or 5lb? Put it on the scale and see what it says. Even a box of detergent might work (not as accurate though).

Memorize the Golden rule of weigh-ins. Weigh yourself at the same time, in the place, using the same scales, under the same conditions, no more than once a day.
