'Ey up.
I'm in my early 40's, 407lbs these days living in Liverpool, UK and recently diagnosed with advanced osteoarthritis in my left knee (hurts like buggery), and struggling with fatigue. Had enough, so started the DDP Yoga, which recommends this app for tracking food.
I'm gonna need support, and would like to support back...so in for the long haul with a seeminly insurmountable amount of weight to lose? Let's do it together.

Had enough
Two simple words... but around six weeks ago, thinking the same thing... it was like something clicked. Can't tell you whether I'm in this for the long haul but so far so good; this app has proved beneficial beyond doubt. Good looking out... just one day at a time, one good decision at a time.1
