In search of some delicious fish recipes for baking Swai... Preferably easy ones.

Looks like you could use any white fish recipe, eg recipes for cod, haddock, sea bass, tilapia etc. Most white fish are interchangeable.
Try wrapping fillets in foil with some lemon slices and pepper, maybe a little butter, and baking for 20 min at 180C/350F.0 -
Swai is a type of catfish. Blackened is my favorite. It's also really good smothered in crawfish etouffee. But any recipe that calls for catfish will work well with swai.0

There is no fish in the world that doesn't taste good fried in oil and butter. But whether that fits your goals, I don't know.0
