    Elliptical machine, which is my favorite, treadmill ( husband uses this about once a year for 5 minutes), a few exercise DVDs, two sets of dumbbells, 5 and 8 pounds.
    Outside; a working farm, horses and hay and garden produce.

    Plus the usual stuff like, weight belt, wrist wraps, knee wraps, lifting straps.
    Silly stuff like, push up stands, ab wheel... CoC grippers.

    For mobility, I have some kind of prickly-stick thing, a couple knobbers, a theracane, assorted foam rollers like the rumble roller, lacrosse balls, etc.

    Elliptical, Treadmill, stability ball, 2&5# dumbbells, exercise bands, and a BowFlex.

    Anyone have suggestions for a routine on the BowFlex. Just starting to use this. It's a PR1000, if that helps.

    Nordic Track exercise cycle with iFit module question is to anybody who might have some insight on this,..the "calories burned" on my exercise cycle at the end of a workout is much lower than the calorie allowance given here on this site for a workout based on time....anybody notice the same??

    Treadmill, recumbent bike, a doublestack dual station Universal machine, rebounder (favorite!!), stability ball, resistance bands, punching bag, dumbell set, kettlebell set, and all the bits and pieces to accessorize it all.
