How to log workout videos

If I want to do a workout video (like 30-Day Shred or a Beachbody video), what's the best way to log this in My Fitness Pal so it will calculate the rough number of calories burned?

I do not own any kind of wearable device for estimating the calories I burn, unfortunately.

    Circuit training or calesthentics.

What is circuit training? I was thinking of logging as 1/2 aerobics and 1/2 calisthenics (because the videos often incorporate some elements of each).

I'd log it as circuit training.

I log 30 day shred as circuit training. As for Beachbody, it depends on which workout it is. Turbo Jam is in the database.

I have the 21-Day-Fix videos. I guess most of those (except yoga and pilates) could fall under the category of circuit training.

That is the classic definition of circuit training.
