I recently purchased a whey protein shake mix from Walmart. This exact name of they whey powder is "whey protein body fortress" dont get it confused with the "isolated protein" also by body fortress. I mixed 1 scoop per day into 10 ounces of water with a little vanilla ice cream for taste. Within 4 days I gained 5 pounds.
