Still going strong with one minor adjustment. Crunches don't really work for me so I switched them to bicycle crunches.2

It's a rest day! I didn't even realize!! So I'll do some DDP Yoga Fat Burner and Red Hot Core...which has crunches and squats....----hey wait a minute!

Day 13 and 14 Abs complete! My son is still hanging with me! My core is definitely getting stronger! Ready to finish the month strong!3

Back home, definitely enjoyed day 15 for some recovery after the daily workouts along with some pretty intense hikes (all those squats and crunches certainly helped!). Day 16 done2

Day 16 Abs done! I have started working with adding weight to about 1/2 of the reps. We'll see how that feels in the morning!3

Yesterday somehow got away from me and nothing got done exercise wise. So if I catch up day 16 and do day 17 that's 130 squats and 165 crunches. Oh lord!2
