Getting back on the train!!

Ok, so I haven't been on here in a while. And I feel bad for getting off the train of working out and not eating right. I did good from January to May of this year and then things happened. First it started with me getting sick and not working out for a week. Up until that point, I had not missed a day of working out and I knew if I did, I wouldn't be on the train anymore. After missing that week, it was easy to miss a day here and there and think of a reason why it was acceptable. And then the big hits. My husband was laid off and a month later so was I. Which led to me sleeping in and not feeling like working out. Then we had to move in with his parents and the stress of everything was getting to me so I continued to just sporadically work out, like one day a week. And my husband was doing the same thing. And then we had two trips back to back to go on which also messed with our schedules.
So, I know that none of these are good excuses and I feel bad for getting off track but as today is my 28th birthday, I feel like starting fresh tomorrow! Getting back on the train! I have a new job and even though I hate the hours, I'm gonna make this work! I just needed to get my motivation back. And to start logging into MFP every day like I used to. So, come tomorrow, things are gonna be good again and I am excited!!
