Good IT band stretches

My IT band is always so tight any suggestions on how to avoid this after workouts?

our Body Pump instructor does the side bending one after class - feels great.
She says to bend knees a little to get more stretch. It is right foot behind left foot - then right arm over head. The repeat with left foot behind and left arm overhead. Lift elbow further as well to get a deeper stretch1 -
