I'm looking for help with sticking to my fitness and healthy eating regime. Need to lose 3kg and it seems impossible....

When very close a goal weight, it can be difficult to lose weight, there isn't a lot of wriggle room for error..need to weigh and measure all of foods for calorie accuracy.
What is your height and current weight? How many calories are you consuming per day?
Perhaps with being so close to goal weight, you would be better of focusing on building lean body mass as apposed to losing weight. You could end up being the same weight but clothes fit better as you become more toned. Doesn't matter what you weigh if you clothes are fitting better0
