Well, I haven't been here for quite some time and am needing to get my butt into gear and start losing weight. Hopefully with the help of friends here in SP I will be able to do that. Good Luck to everyone on their weight loss journey.

    Good luck! My third time rejoining. Going to try and do this for myself... sick of yoyo effect, fad diets and comfort eating. Hoping to find some friends on here to keep me motivated!
