Beach Walking and Jogging

I kind of always took for granted that I live 10 minutes from several beach locations. Not anymore! Beach walking and jogging has become one of the best workouts I have done so far! I'm trying to do these at least 2 times a week in between my regular workouts

I just came back from vacation and woke up every morning to walk/job on the beach and watch the sunrise. Absolutely amazing. And my calves/legs were burning the whole week. Jogging on the sand( in my case without shoes) is no joke1
