Hey everybody I'm looking for some new meal ideas and was curious....What is your most favorite healthy meal???

Something I have every morning is zucchini panakes. They have healthy carbs, protein and vegetables.
1 zucchini shredded
3 egg whites
1/3 cup oat bran
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix well. Makes 4 medium pancakes. Serve with sugar free syrup.0 -
thanks they sound wonderful......i love zucchini....i add it to turkey burgers meatloaf and spaggetti.....that is milled oat bran????0

It's Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran Hot Cereal. The description says it's milled. if you already use a lot of zucchini you know that you will not even taste it! It just adds substance to the pancake.0

One cup plain fat free greek yogurt, and mix in a half scoop of vanilla protein powder. That's a base that consists of approximately 200 calories and 32 grams of protein (give or take, depending on the brands used). From there, add in whatever you'd like....almonds or peanut butter or fruit or granola or oatmeal, etc. Depending on what is added it mkes an excellent snack or meal.0
