Hi, yes I have figured out the Diary part ,tracking calories and such,I just didn't even realize there was a whole community somewhere around here!! It makes it alot more fun.My goal for now is to lose 50 lbs. Im not in any major rush, trying for 1 lb a week would be great, and im not very mobile, I am just walking for now. At one point I was in the gym, then a car accident and two pregnancies later, im a bit unmotivated. But hoping to join gym next month.1

Good news - you don't need motivation to do this - discipline works even better. You have a great start and a good attitude!
