Micronutrients and bodyweight

Hello. Not sure where or who to ask.

I've been working on a weekly set of meals that provide me with an adequate intake of micronutrients while providing me with a 500 kcal to 1000 kcal daily deficit.

My problem is that I am unsure as to what my required intake levels are. Every source I can find on the internet standardises intake to a 2000kcal diet. Meanwhile my maintenance is somewhere around 2800-3000 given the amount I weigh and the amount of exercise I get.

What I have been doing is just recalculating my intake via the new number (ie dividing by 2 and then multiplying by 2.8), but I'm not sure to what extent this is an accurate reflection of reality.

I'm pretty fat. Hence my desire to lose weight. Since my maintenance calories are high primarily because I carry excess fat will this not likely overestimate my need for certain nutrients (eg calcium, which doesn't appear to have any helpful purpose to do with body fat) and underestimate others (eg fat soluble vitamins)?

Does anybody know of any reliable resource that might shed some light on this issue?
