2000 calories is far too steep of a calorie deficit to maintain for more than a couple days. at that point you are burning muscle and likely not anything at all. Judging by your picture you can't be more than 50 lbs overweight, meaning your TDEE is at most 2500 calories. Try to eat at least 1200 calories a day with plenty of protein. I doubt you will be able to maintain any goal weight if you get there by eating at a 2000 calorie deficit. This is a life long change, not a summer vacation.

I lost 100 lbs in a year eating at a 800-1000 calorie deficit every day. I have been able to maintain that weight and still lose a bit the following year thanks to developing proper eating habits.

I admire your dedication, but I just want you to be aware of the long term ramifications of what you are doing.

Hey man I really appreciate your concern. Ohhh man. That's supposed to say 1000*! haha. Thing is though that this is just the first week of the diet. I'm only dropping about .6 lbs a day. All fat. The coloric intake is primarily fiber and protein. Next week the coloric intake gets increased. Don't worry. :P And my tdee is at about a 2200. Current weight is 166. Yesterday, for example, I had about 1015 calories. I'm not starving myself. I started this thing at 45% body fat. Lunch and dinner are actually huge. haha. But yeah that's not my long-term colorie deficit goal. And congratulations on your hard work! that's awesome. :)
