My ED therapist said its ok to reward myself with a little something everyday (mind you little) like an ice cream cone with 1 scoop that way you wont feel like you are missing out on something you dont have to agree i was just saying what i was told your choice all my lovelies!

As long as you stay within your calories there is no reason not to eat ice cream anyway.2

I eat whatever I want as long as it's within my calorie limits. You can absolutely do the same.3

If you want to reward yourself with ice cream, if you can get it, try Halo Top if you haven't. I had a pint of oatmeal cookie for 280 calories. Very good.1

I don't like to "reward" myself with food. If I want it and it fits, I have it.
