Hi everybody! I've just returned from my summer vacations (well, my main one as I'm off again to Mallorca in three weeks time but only for a week). I haven't filled in my diary for three weeks but it all starts again today. I've just finished my first run since my return and had to cut it short after 2.9miles as I had no stamina and was suffering from bad cramp and blisters on my feet (first time in months). I also could taste blood in my mouth.
Any tips to help me get back in shape? Anyone recommend Creatine? Currently taking a range of vitamins, BCAA+, CLA, Vitamin D and Omega 3.

How about easing back into it ... and getting a better pair of shoes and socks.

Pretty much this. You can't supplement yourself fit. It will come back very quickly. I've taken a couple months off before, currently about that into injury rest period. It's never taken more than a couple of weeks to be well on my way to where I was before. With a three week break it will be even less.

Short-term gains can disappear over three weeks, but long-term gains would not. Regardless, gains are reachieved by doing a little more today than you did the time before. Garmin summarizes this with the slogan, "Beat yesterday."

It'll come back after a couple of runs. What was your weekly mileage prior to 3 weeks ago?

Hard to believe all those supplements didn't keep your fitness at a high level. Almost makes you think maybe....
