Fussy eater trying to gain weight

Hi, i am such a fussy eater due to having health anxiety, my main anxiety is aimed towards my weight. I lost my sons dad just over 2 years ago and the weight just fell off me. Now i want to build it bk up, fruit is a no go but some veg im ok with. Can any1 advise me or know of cook high calorie recipes??

Calories are what matter for achieving weight goals - Fat is the most calorie dense macronutrient. There are also many calorie dense carb and protein sources. Choose these!
Eat the vegies you do like, try roasting them in fat, covering them in cheese sauce etc. Experiment with new vegies, new prep/cooking techniques to change the taste and texture.
