I get this warning when I 'Complete Diary'. Is there setting to turn this warning off? I am doing intermittent fasting so not having many calories now.

    Just don't submit your diary

I'm assuming you mean 5:2 or 4:3? Just don't complete your diary on your fasting days. Everything will stay in there, and the 5-week loss projection would be inaccurate. The warning will not go away because it is aimed at those who are using the site to fuel disordered eating behaviors.

When I do my fasts I just go to the meal of the day and use "quick tools" then I "quick add calories". I add the minimum for me which is 1000. Then it will let me complete this entry. I just really like seeing the day completed, or I wouldn't bother.

There's no reason to push the complete button. Just don't use it - or don't do it on your fasting days at least.

I never complete my diary. I don't see the point.
