I have always hated dieting and exercising. And I love food but recently I noticed something's different. I have only been at this for a little over a month and I've lost 6 pounds. But I'm starting to enjoy it like the jogging I hated jogging. But I noticed that now it's not so hard and I'm not so winded and I can go farther between without breaks.. And I realize I'm starting to look forward to it every morning. The food hasn't been to bad I am figuring out what works for me. And eating the foods I always have just smaller portions with something large and veggie with it.

    That's brilliant
I was the same, I didn't hate it but found it so hard!
But I realised after a month or two like you say, I perfected the calorie counting (almost) and figured out how to keep myself fuller for longer and I could eat MORE if I ate lower calorie snacks.
    And the exercise
Very hard at first, but wth each time, I got a little further, or gave more energy and got better each time!

And then you really start to enjoy it :)
    Well done!
You've made it through a tough part so keep at it!
