The "I'm back at it" Routine. Is that you to?

There is the old saying most of us use from time to time. After the first time we said "i'm going to get in shape and eat healthier!" Next thing we know we go to a movie have a soda and a popcorn. hell it's only .50c more for the next size up right?!?! Funny how quick cals can add up and salt/sugar intake.
I must have started over half a dozen times with new goals in mind and new dreams of looking like Brock Lesner or Chatum Tating or what ever his name is with the 6 pack abs. I just want ABS! Is that so much to ask? HELL yeh i is! To get abs you really have to bust your butt and eat right! Dieting and food consumption is most of our #1 reason e do not hit our goal besides just being plain lazy.(let's be honest with ourselves)
Today on my fitness pal I will start again with new goals and dreams. The biggest test is to see if I can ACTUALLY follow through with my plan this time unlike all the other times in the past! I will be doing Body Beast with Sagi. I do want muscle and abs and not be embarrassed at a pool or beach. I want my wife to be proud of how i look and not only that I WANT to be PROUD of myself!
So I ask all of you to join me and help keep each other accountable this time around even if we might need some tough love once in awhile. After all we all came here for support in one form or another. Why not make some good friends along the way and help one another reach our goals.
In closing here is to hopefully the beginning of the journey in which I and you all reach our goals this time around and learn something new and become what we are looking to become when we first signed up here. REACH YOUR GOALS! DON'T GIVE UP EVER!!!! Remember even if you walk it is more progress than if you never stood up at all.
Let's add each other as friends and help one another out.
