Logging help: deli chicken salad

A local grocery store has a great chicken salad with celery, grapes and cashews (light on the last two). There's an entry for that store's product stating 100 kcal for 100 g, but this seem low given how filling it is, plus I don't trust the round numbers. I've never made chicken salad myself and there seems to be a huge range in the database, so I was wondering if anyone had a good sense of a reasonable calorie range for this. Thanks!

Pick a mid to high number from the database. Assume it has lots of mayo!1
