Does it fit within your calorie goal? Is it going to derail you?

i have 600 calories left and i didnt eat dinner yet can i eat donut

Don't ask us lol, do the math. You have a daily budget of calories to work with. You earn more by exercising. You can plan how much food you will eat at any given meal. What is for dinner and how much will you eat? How much is the donut? How much is half or quarter of a donut and would that be enough for you? It won't help you in the long run for the internet to make your decisions for you. You have the tools now, you can decide which is best for you.

Do you know how many calories you plan on having at dinner? I would log that first, then decide if you can have the donut. And even you eat it and it takes you over your calories, it's one day. It wouldn't be the end of the world.

    Sure.

Not that it's something I'd do myself. A donut is just a fried wad of goo.

If the donut will be your dinner, have two!

Sometimes I really crave sweets, so I have them instead of a meal- as long as the calories fit within my allowance, why not?

One day won't end all results.

If you eat two you can take a "before" picture where you are looking through them like glasses.

As far as your calorie goals I have no idea.
