I am trying to make more Seasonings from scratch. I have a good taco seasoning, do you have any good ones for ranch, fajita, gravy, etc.?

I have a good fajita one. I also would recommend changing the chili powder and/or cayenne depending in your preference for heat. I would keep the cornstarch in it for fajitas but if you want to use it as a marinade before grilling and not in the sauce then probably ok to omit it.
1 TBL cornstarch
2 tsp chili powder (I tend to use more)
1/2 tsp of salt (it originally had a full teaspoon and tasted good but I cut it back and don't notice any difference).
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne (increase in small amounts, a little cayenne goes far)
1/2 tsp cumin
I put it over the chicken and veggies and add water as needed (maybe 3/4 of a cup).
If you try it let me know what you think.1
