So I'm on holiday, I'm determined to be as good as possible in regards to food, the wedding is just around the corner so I can't afford to add on any pounds or inches, we get married on the 17th August....

So I'm choosing wisely off The menus and hoping to do plenty of walking too...

It's such hard work though, especially when you have three ravenous children who are eating biscuits and brioche rolls in front of you, it's like food torture lol ...

Yeah very well done! I was about to jump on here and say why not let your hair down a bit but since you're getting married in a fortnight I now see why you're determined not to. Definitely try to stay active though and earn some treat cals whilst you're over there, can you get some swimming in? ;) Also could you afford to be on maintenance or reduce your deficit or are you determined to lose whilst away?

I've found doing plenty of walking on holiday really helps - I actually lost 1/2 inch of my thighs last holiday even though I was over my (maintenance) cals most days. If you are somewhere with nice fruit, can you treat yourself to some expensive fruit to eat while the kids are eating biscuits and cakes?

Congrats on the upcoming wedding! How exciting! Keep your mind on your dress and venue and pictures and maybe that will help keep you on track. Think about how you want to feel and look on your special day. Maybe you can take some time out to splurge on your honeymoon or after the wedding!
