Myprotein vs NLA Her Whey

Ive been using NLA her whey for about 6 weeks, and then I heard good things in a blog about Myprotein impact whey, in terms of price and quality. I just got the chocolate pretzel flavor, and I'm not really a fan. I like the NLA texture better... although the NLA seems to have extra unnecessary ingredients and is a bit more pricey.
Thoughts? Does anyone have a certain one they like? I'm just looking for a simple whey protein for post workout that I have with a banana

I like Quest and PEScience.1

Do you REALLY need a post workout to begin with? Post workout meals are so over exaggerated and don't really apply to the majority of the general population for "optimal" results. If weight loss is your goal, then all you're doing is adding more calories to your diet that you MAY not need.
Now if you have trouble getting protein in, then by all means do it. But just don't do it because it's been "told" to you or because you see other gym people doing it.

Have never tried NLA but have used about 7# out of an 11# bag of MyProtein stevia chocolate that I like fine.
Don't think I'd like pretzel chocolate either.
If you are willing to give MyProtein another
try, stick to a standard flavors - - plain chocolate or vanilla - - to avoid another unpleasant surprise.
MyProtein may even offer you samples if you ask.0 -
Chocolate pretzel flavour? That sounds delish, but i've looked all over Myproteins site and i cant find this flavour anywhere.0

It's new, along with Glazed Donut and a couple of others. May not be available to your area yet, for some reason.1 -
I just looked up NLA Her Whey and this is what it says:
It's about time that women have a nutritional protein drink designed for them! Her Whey is a gluten free, lean protein drink that is scientifically formulated to promote lean muscle growth, support muscular recovery and fuel your muscles for high intensity training.* Her Whey contains whey isolate protein which digests and absorbs rapidly, creating the perfect post workout recovery drink.*
Gluten free? Lean protein? What exactly is "lean protein" anyway? How is it different from fatty protein?
They call it lean, then add 4.5 grams of fat and 6 grams of carbs to each 28 gram serving of protein. Less than 60% of calories from protein.4 -
"Her". The three letters simply adds to the price tag2

I like ON vanilla whey.
You don't need girl branded whey protein. Protein is gender neutral2 -
I agree that the 'Her' part is silly. I really like the texture of the NLA better though, the Myprotein is so thin, it's kinda gross. Does anyone else that uses Myprotein find it really thin?0

I use myprotein (whey isolate) and i never really drink it alone because i don't like plain whey, but i've had it in a shaker with water and it was identical to pretty much every other whey protein i've ever had.
i looked it up though and the NLA has added three seperate thickeners: Xanthan Gum, Maltodextrin, and Guar Gum to their formula so i imagine this is why it has a thicker texture and mouthfeel.0 -

I use Myprotein whey isolate, but i add psyllium husk to it which thickens it up, so i have to eat it with a spoon! I have never drunk a protein powder with just milk or water. I make mine as a smoothie for lunch, so i need something more substantial and filling.0 -
I use MyProtein Whey Isolate unflavored. I use it because I can change the flavor to anything I want and that way I don't get bored. I've tried many shakes that were then donated because I didn't like them, I hate cookies and cream protein shakes
shakesand most other dessert flavors.
