I am 38. I feel like i dont have much support. Im a truck driver. I run teams with my boyfriend. I have not gained weight the 4 yrs i have been back on the rd. Im 5'5" & weigh 219. I would love to be able to work out. I dont have much room on the semi. I drive night shift & its hard to fine a parking spot so i can walk on my 30 minute break. I do watch what i eat & i dont eat out & i am the one who parks as far as i can from the truck stop. I actually cook in crock pot. I CANT STAND FAST FOOD!!! I need ideas on exercises to do in my truck. Any crock pot recipes would be great too.

What about some basic push-ups, body weight squats, etc?
As for the Crock-Pot. Good job! I'm not very creative. Maybe some chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Either some taco salad, or use a tortilla to make a wrap. Add some black beans.
Crock-Pot fajitas would be great over rice or just with extra veggies.
Turkey meatballs over steamed veggies or on a sub or flat bread.0 -

I use resistance bands at home and particularly when I travel. Something like this
Tribe 11pc Resistance Band Set - with Door Anchor, Handles, Ankle Straps - Stackable Up To 80lbs - For Resistance Training, Physical Therapy, Home Workouts https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IL6A0I6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_UVuFzbZQNYWHQ
Maybe they'd work for you?

How about isometrics. Tighten your abs and hold for 5-10 seconds, rest then repeat. You could do it for your glutes as well. I am not a fitness expert so I am not sure if it burns calories for weight loss or just builds strength and tone. It is something you could do while sitting behind the wheel though.0

I've cooked bolognaise, chilli con carne, curry and butter bean and vegetable stew in my slow pot and they all turned out lovely. Just bung all the ingredients in and leave it for a few hours0
