I know at least some of you have your tried and true stand-by protein shake recipe that you make every day, so post it! Here's mine:
Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 c)
Skim Milk (.5 c)
Egg Whites (200 g)
Whey Protein Powder (2 scoops)
PB Fit Powder (2 tbsp)
Blueberries (.25 c)
Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
Sunflower Seeds (1 tbsp)
Flax Seeds (1 tbsp)
Bee Pollen (1 tsp)
Raw Cacao Powder (1 tbsp)
676 cals, 48g Carbs, 20g Fat, 80g Protein, 15g Sugar
For context I'm on a 2300 daily cal diet with a 25% carb-30% fat-45% protein macro split.

Mine are pretty simple:
Preworkout:
50g whey
Coffee
One scoop AmiNO Energy cafe series
Post workout
40g whey/casein blend
Fruit (banana/strawberry/blueberry)
Supps - creatine, leucine, glutamine0 -
First, I blend 5-6 ice cubes with a small chunk of frozen banana. Then I add 14g each of vitacost whole foods shake and PEScience Snickerdoodle powders, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, 8 or so ounces of cold brew coffee, dash of cinnamon and turmeric. Blend well.1

42g Vega All-In-One Mocha powder
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate almond milk
5 oz. Starbucks Blonde Roast iced coffee0 -
10 oz. unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops Orgain vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen blueberries (or another frozen fruit)
blend thoroughly0 -
8 oz Unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 scoop Quest chocolate protein powder
1 scoop Femmefit greens and berries powder
1/2 brewed coffee, chilled0 -
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1 tbsp Almond Butter
3 scoops Chocolate Myofusion Whey Powder
16 to 20 oz of water0 -
one and a half scoops of Muscletech Whey protein powder, 8 oz. almond milk. Tbsp. peanut butter and ice.1

24 oz unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
24 oz cold brew coffee
24 oz low fat cottage cheese
2 scoops protein powder (brand and flavor vary a bit, but about 100-130 cals per scoop)
This makes 3 servings for me, approx. 280-300 calories per serving depending on the brand of coffee and protein powder I use that week. Sometimes I add sugar free flavored syrups when drinking.0
