Need to mix up workouts with low impact exercises

I need additional ideas for workouts I can do at home that are low impact. I have back, hip, and knee pain that limits the type of activity I can do. The knee pain is mostly problematic with high impact like jumping and excessive bending like lunges. The hip pain is probably my biggest obstacle, it hurts to bend over, move certain ways or raise my leg. I'm pretty successful with low impact cardio and weight lifting circuits at the gym. However, I want to get ideas for targeting the muscles that don't get as much of a workout in the gym at home, without causing more pain to my joints. Any ideas?...

How often are you going to the gym? If you are lifting weights there, you may be better off doing something more restorative like stretching or walking on off days.

It just depends. I have been going primarily 3 to 5 days a week. However, after adding this app and seeing a bigger picture of my goals, I'm wanting to be able to get at least an hour of exercise in everyday. I've gone to the gym everyday this week, but I'm on vacation. I return to work on Monday and I work 12 1/2 hour shifts, which makes workouts on my work days very difficult because I'm having to sacrifice a workout or sleep...which both are very important and I usually only get 5 to 6 hours of sleep on my days off as it is.
Which is why I thought home workouts would be a great alternative for days I work.

I did this video years ago when it was a VCR tape. I LOVED it. I used it when I was low on energy and couldn't face the thought of a vigorous workout. I just happened to find it on YouTube. Now that I'm MANY years older, I plan to use it again. Oh - It's a Cher workout. Guess that shows my age.

Try looking at Fitness Blender on YouTube. It's free and has a myriad of home workouts for all fitness levels.
