Does anyone use these? I want a new inside walking DVD, and hers look good, but there are lots to choose from, and I am having trouble deciding.

I have a dvd of hers that includes 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles and 4. After a while her chatter gets annoying, so I will just put on some music, follow her steps but turn down the volume so I'm not hearing the same lame jokes.

I have lots of Leslie Sansone DVDs - and yes, I check out YouTube from time to time also.

DVDs (newer than the Walk Away the Pounds series) are chaptered, so you can skip from 1 mile to the next. Pick a 5 mile workout for more variety. Just Walk DVDs are her newest series. Most of these DVDs have a "music only" option. You can mute her voice and follow along. Better than trying to use your own (often slower) music.

DVDs come in "boosted"....aka jogging intervals/high impact. Dumbbell or stretchy band variety. If you don't own a stretchy band be sure to order a new DVD and the band will be included. The band is kind of fun.

I like 5 Boosted Miles and Tone Every Zone Walk.

I have her Walk Away the Pounds Express 1 & 2 mile walk DVD. I also just bought her The Tone Every Zone Walk DVD. I only just recently graduated from using the WATPE 1 mile Easy Walk. Then I went to YouTube and used a faster 1 mile walk from her Walk This Way video. RealAge on YouTube has it posted under Walking: Part 1 Start Quick & Easy. Once I got adjusted to that, I then went back to my DVD and started doing 20 minutes of the 2 mile Brisk Walk on the disc. That's where I am now. I've been doing these about 47 days altogether. I love her DVD's and plan on continue to use them. You can also find her older DVD's on Amazon some for really cheap used! Good luck. I don't think you can go wrong using her DVD's! The Tone Every Zone Walk has 3 separate workouts. The first one is a 20 minute combination Walk and Upper body toning with dumbbells you have to buy separately, from your choice of 3 to 10 pounds. The second workout is 20 minutes also combination walk and lower body toning. I have not attempted this yet. Third workout is a 20 minute Fast Walk, and boy is it ever fast! I will have to practice some of the movements to get them down yet, as some of them are more advanced than I am used to. My first attempt I made it through, but had to modify the steps a bit. Leslie has dozens of DVD's out there, and not all of them are on YouTube. Walmart and Target sell some of her DVD's, and Leslie also has a website of her own. walkathome.com I hope all this helps you.

Thanks for all the tips. I'd do a 3 mile walk of hers today on you tube. Had a blast!

I bought one to use in my office at lunch on days I don't work from home. It's a decent workout.
