    A piece of extra dark chocolate actually isn't all that bad for you! And you know tea and chocolate go fab together! :)

    I'm not an expert on tea cuisine, but I had a cucumber and red pepper hummus sandwich on wheat for lunch that was really good. If you're looking for a little sandwich idea. :)

    If you're getting ready to visit slumber land, I recommend Camomille or if you need a bit of relaxation, Camomille & mint (Bigelow makes some great tasting ones).
    For calming and stress relief, Eulithero (I think my spelling is off) is very good, or for just a nice cup of tea, green tea with a tsp of tupelo honey & some fresh crushed ginger is great!
    I don't drink coffee, so I drink a lot of teas: can you tell :tongue:

    I made a fish pie with sweet ptoatoe topping it was lovely , had a gorgeous salad at lunchtime fave thing at the minute is loads of grated carrot and courgette on the salad so nice :smile:
