I never could resist sausages and I cooked some this morning for the family and then chopped some leftovers up for the dog for after his dinner. I was doing well all day and then when i went to give the dog his sauages i ate a handful of pieces. I know a little of what you fancy does you good but now i feel so bad that i have opened a bottle of beer.
No more sausages in this house til i am at my goal weight!

    Nothing whatsoever wrong with sausages.
(So long as they are not a trigger food, fit in your calorie goal, and there isn't a medical reason to avoid them)

I have a wide variety of wonderfully flavoured ones available, and they rotate in and out of my food choices as the fancy takes me.

Heck, I couldn't do winter without a good basic sausage, mash, and peas, and I couldn't do summer without some exotic curried or African spiced ones done on the BBQ and placed in a nice crunchy roll.

Weigh them, log them, enjoy them. :)

    Cheers, h.

I make my own sausages! It's really fun, and I can log them as I know exactly what's in them :)
