I am ready. I can't wait for the new year. I don't want to wait until this, that or the other. I'm not going to make excuses anymore. I need to take control of my food obsession and have a healthy body. I DESERVE IT!! If anyone would like to join me, please do!! I want to lose about 2lbs a week and I'll be weighing in EVERY Sunday There are 22 more Sundays until the end of the year. JOIN ME!!

So I've been off work the past couple of days. I did REALLY well with my calories and I burned over 3,000 per day! However, I did not meet my goals for water or steps. I know for sure I'm able to meet these goals on the days I work but it's so much harder when I'm home. I weigh myself everyday to make sure I'm staying on track. Today I was at 223.0! Honestly can't wait for Sunday's weigh in. I'm hoping I can say I lost 3-4lbs this week2

I got SO SICK this past weekend and barely moved or ate anything Ugh I am so glad that's over. I am ready to get back on track with my diet and exercise! I know official weigh ins are Sundays but I've been having a hard time sticking to an official weigh in day hahaha so here are my stats as of this morning:

Well I've been bingeing like crazy. I have gained a whole pound and feel SO damn sluggish I am kicking it into high gear since I have an early weigh in this week (Saturday)! Going on vacation and planning to be super active even though I'll be eating out every single day I ate cake, pizza, grilled cheese, quesadillas, ice cream UGH All these super high fat, greasy foods I am eating a huge amount of potatoes for dinner tonight. They always make me feel so full and happy. Probably going to make baked potatoes with my potato and carrot cheesy sauce MMM!!! I can eat 3 of those bad boys for 600 cals. I just want to be happy and healthy. I want food to NOT be the most important thing. I want it to be a fun hobby not my whole life Well, here I go! Kicking into high gear~1

I had to do my weight in a day early because I leave for my vacation tonight. Seems I'm up .4 from last weigh in Merrrrrrrrrp. I'm not discouraged though!! I'm going to push hard to lose at least a pound even on vacation!! hahahaha I have started IF16/8 and will be doing it on vacation too I love how I'm feeling. I started right after my awful eating last weekend. I plan to eat some amazing vegan NOMS in Cali this week but I also plan to be very active and still fasting 16 hours a day. FINGERS CROSSED I'LL BE 217 NEXT SUNDAY~~~~~

My progress is so slow but I am happy it is still progress! I haven't been doing the best I could be. I should be pushing myself way harder than I currently am. I am only hitting about 5,500 steps a day. I full 1,500 on average fewer than I promised I would hit. I increased my stairs to 15 floors instead of only 10 but I think I may increase it to 20! I think I could swing 15 on my lunch break and an additional 5 at home. I'll try this for a few days and see how it goes. Definitely going to work on being more active during the day and DRINK WATER. I am certainly not drinking the amount I should be. I have been doing IF 5 days a week and I'm going to be honest... I LOVE IT!! On my weekend I have been eating 3 meals a day but I think I may just reduce that to only 1 of my weekend days and see if it increases my losses Well, here are my stats!

In 19 days I lost 2.6lbs I would really love to push myself these next 2 weeks. I will be eating even better and moving more to get myself UNDER 210 by me 10/01 weigh in!! I would love to be UNDER 200 by 10/29 weigh in. I KNOW I CAN MEET THESE GOALS1 -
Small update on an actual weigh in day! LOL I weighed in this morning a whole lb less than 3 days ago so I know I'm doing really well!! Today I am going to a water park and I plan to really kick it into over drive and PLAY HARD. It's an easy way to burn lots of extra calories and have a great time doing it I did go out with a friend last night and eat a pretty monstrous plate of food so who knows how much I would weigh if I had taken some home LOL Oh well. I still need to have a good time with life. I'll see you next week for another update

I've been lazy and I'm not meeting my goals. It's making me so frustrated and upset. I don't have much to say other than... I KNOW I CAN FUC*ING DO THIS AND I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY HEAD. I love me. I'm awesome. I believe in myself!!

I am not going to pressure myself to exercise. 100% of my focus right now will be on really getting my diet RIGHT. No more food cravings. I am going to fix these tastebuds damn it.1
